Rental Car
Blue Latania residents will have access to a car rental, for an additional cost
Parking
If the resident has a car, she may park it in front of the property (along 58th terrace) between the floor markings. The car must not block the sidewalk, and any guests should park behind the tenant who invited them.
Overflow parking along the street is also available as long as it doesn’t block any neighbor driveways.
